Dr Phil's Family Dental Care strives to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer a variety of payment options to meet the needs of all patients.
Options for payment:

- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
- Financing options through SunBit
Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Remember that insurance policies vary widely, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims on your behalf.
If you are not sure what insurance you have, give us a call and we can help you sort it out. Please remember that dental insurance is more like a dental discount plan and, unlike medical insurance, typically covers only a small portion of treatment costs, if any. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Our fees are very reasonable, and we will file your claim for you. We also provide you with financial estimates before treatment is started, so you can feel at ease about the cost of dental work.

IN-HOUSE DENTAL BENEFITS PLAN
Membership in our In-House Dental Benefits Plan is available to all patients who do not have dental insurance. After payment of a low annual fee, members will receive the following:
2 Regular Dental Check-Ups:
- Exam
- Digital X-Rays (if necessary)
- Dental Cleaning (excluding any periodontal cleanings)
- Oral Cancer Screening Oral Hygiene Instruction
- TMJ Screening & Periodontal Evaluation
Unlimited Emergency Visits:
- Problem Focused Exam
- Single X-Ray (if necessary)
30% Discount Off Our Usual and Customary Fee: (excluding products)
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the discounted rate.
$75 One-Time Thank You Discount on Initial Dental Treatment (Whitening Excluded)
No Waiting Periods / No Claim Forms / No Restrictions on Treatment / No Pre-Determinations Necessary / No Age Limitations

Adult: $249/year
Couple: $429/year
Child: $189/year (13yrs and under)
*Coverage is in effect for one calendar year. Coverage begins when membership has been paid in full. Members will be notified one month prior to membership renewal. Appointment times are limited, and it is the responsibility of the member to schedule appropriate visits.
