Phil Tetz, DDS
Dr. Phil Tetz brings over three decades of dental experience, and a strong foundation in pharmaceutical care to his practice in Castle Hills, San Antonio. Before entering the field of dentistry, Dr. Tetz practiced as a licensed pharmacist for 15 years in Arizona, Virginia, and Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Arizona, having started his academic path at Arizona State University with a focus on pre-pharmacy studies. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University (MCV/VCU).
As a general dentist, Dr. Tetz provides a wide range of services including root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers, cosmetic restorations, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontic care. His dual background in pharmacy and dentistry allows for a comprehensive, health-focused approach to oral care, with a special emphasis on patient safety, comfort, and long-term wellness.

Outside the office, Dr. Tetz enjoys four-wheeling and holds a General Class Amateur Radio License, reflecting his lifelong interest in technology, communication, and adventure
